Hello.

How do I apply a filter (eg blur) to a layer or selection, in SketchBook Android?

There isn't a blur option (like in Photoshop).  The closing thing we have on mobile is the Colorless brush.  You can change size of it to globally smudge it.  IN Desktop, there is a blur brush but it acts in a similar was as the Colorless brush.

blur was just an example. So aren't there any filters?
