File Access Restricted

When opening the Sketchbook program on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the program prompts me with a message that I need to give it access to files, storage, etc. However, it already has access, and I have double and triple checked this. I tried force stopping the app and reopening it, and I have tried restarting my device.  None of which have solved the problem. I've never had this issue before and up until today I have had no problems with the program. If I could get some help that would be great.
