Entering Text

Have tried to follow instructions and looked at every toolbar in my Sketchbook but I am unable to locate the TEXT button to enter lettering in one of my projects.  Using new IPad Pro with iOS 11.3.1 and Apple Pencil.   What am I doing wrong or where do I find it?

Just slide tool bar to the right.
