If you have updated SketchBook on mobile (Android and iOS) - Import Image is still there but may be hidden due to the new toolbar behaviour.

If you are on a tablet device and working in 'Portrait mode' - you need to slide the toolbar (left/right) to access all the tools.

Yikes. This is a beginner UX design failure. One question that should always be asked is 'how will the user discover a hidden feature?'

I literally just went through this on an iPad and spend half an hour reading the online manual and trying everything I could think of and never thought to slide the bar because there's no obvious indication you CAN slide the bar - that's not a normal behaviour for tool bars, especially since clicking on a bar item usually creates a sub bar. It's also not mentioned anywhere in the docs for 'import an image'.

Suggestion: put a small triangle arrow at the start or end (or both) of the tool bar to indicate which way it can be scrolled, or allow the tool bar to wrap and stack so all the icons are always visible (bonus points, let the user rotate the tool bar vertically if they want to operate portrait...)

Additional problem: now that I know how to get to import image, the ONLY location it lets me import from is Photos, which, ironically, is the one most protected from crossplatform access. Why not let it go to Files so I can see all my graphics?
