Difference between Sketchbook pro and sketchbook app

Hi. I've downloaded Sketchbook pro (8.7.1) and Sketchbook app (5.1.0.0) on my HP 2in1. The app does crash on occasion but seems OK overall and works well with the pen. What is the main difference between the 2 versions, is one better that the other for pen on screen use?

From Microsoft Store = Designed to work for Microsoft Surface Devices

From website = More options and fully featured.  Works best on Wacom tablets.
