Wacom Window ink Option and color picker bug.

Sketchbook can use Pen-Pressure only if always check Wacom Settings "Use Windows Ink."

However, this makes it difficult to operate precisely on the Colorpicker or Silder.
After clicking, the mouse cursor must move beyond a certain range to start the operation.

When the Click event occurs, it seems that the relevant option of Windows Ink works.

If I turn off "Use Windows Ink" in Wacom setting, I can control as usual
But Pen Pressure does not work.

And I hope I can freely adjust the size of the color picker windows and color puck.
It is too small to choose precise colors.

This is a glitch that has been around for a long time, has not anyone experienced this glitch?

I have Windows10 1709 version
The Wacom driver version is 6.3.29-3
The Sketchbook version is 8.5.1.

When I use the Windows ink option,

There is a slight delay when I draw the line. So most people turn off this option.

Wacom is aware of this problem and has added a Windows Ink option box.

Like the video I attached, there is glitch in strokes and drag operations.

Especially in Sketchbook, pen pressure does not work when Windows Ink option is turned off.

I am experiencing this bug as well.

When "use windows ink" is enabled, most drag interactions have a lag of about 30 pixels before they respond (as seen in the video of cube4none).

This is also the case when dragging the color picker, brush or any other window around.

Disabling "windows ink" will fix this. But then there is no pressure sensitivity.
For photoshop there is a workaround, by making it use the older "wintab" drivers, via a custom settings file, but I haven't found anything like that for Sketchbook.

So either I use windows Ink, and sketchbook is barely usable, or I don't use windows Ink, and sketchbook is even less usable. It's quite frustrating...

Though it is good to know that I'm not the only one having this issue with sketchbook (photoshop has many, many posts on it).

I recently installed the update in question, but the issue still occurs for me.

Are there any settings that you have changed afterwards that I could try?

Hi mate,

Just a off-topic tho..

I downloaded the latest version of Sketchbook Pro yesterday, I connected my wacom Intous to it.. but i dont find pressure sensitivity working for the app. I even checked if the app is present in the Wacom tablet Properties it was all fine. Similarly, I checked on the windows ink..I tried uninstalling re-installing the app .. but all this still didnt work.

I am on Windows 10 desktop, latest wacom drivers installed 6.3.30-2  & latest sketchbook pro desktop app.

I request you if you have any knowledge on the issue m facing let me know asap..

Cheers!
