crash when opening file

Hello , I'm in a big trouble , Autodesk SketchBook 5.0.0 constently crash when I try to open any kind of file (tiff, jpg, png etc...)
I really love this version , I bought it few years ago, it's the version automatically download from my microsoft store account.

I tried to install it on an other PC (win10) but it's still crashing.
I work with it every day.
Please help me .

@david.lau Wrong ticket...

I'm having this exact same problem. I'm working on a surface book. It crashes when opening files with anything more than three layers. I've lost so many hours work because of this...

We have just released an update on Android/UWP (Windows Store) update to address this issue.
