Can't access in app gallery

I am here because the devs have ignored me completely, despite my efforts. I love this app, but ignoring me is making me incredibly frustrated. Hopefully I can get some help here.

In short, I can't access my in app gallery. If I try to press the gallery button, it asks to save and exit, then nothing. If I try to do the two finger zoom out function to access the gallery, it just crashes.

Please, I hope someone can help. I love this app and used to use it daily. Please don't ignore me again...
