brush palette missing

the brush palette (even though it's checked) isn't visible.

If it helps, I use a MacBook Air macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6.

SketchBook Pro Subscription Version 8.5.1.

I use a Wacom Bamboo tablet CTL-470

(I've never posted anything to the forums before so sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place)

SketchBook > Preferences > Factory Defaults -> Reset 3 sections.

If that doesn't help, please send me a screen capture of the issue.

My brush palette has come back and gone missing over and over. I tried the link from the Top Answer of this forum, but "Page Not Found".

@Anonymous @Anonymous

I had to do the second option @david.lau listed-

sketchbook > preferences > factory defaults

Reset brush palette and library is what you want to reset, but if that doesn't fix it then I guess reset all three.

You'll lose any settings you had on brushes so I recommend saving any settings you want by making custom brushes. you can do this by selecting the brush you want and double-clicking it to open the settings for the brush, then clicking export.

hope this is helpful :).

Good afternoon,

So I have been using sketchbook for a while now, and for some reason, the toolbar and brush palette have gone missing, I have tried to press every single button the application and none of them made my palette nor my toolbar appear again, what should I do? I have seen where you say to go to Sketchbook > Windows  but I can't seem to find a way to go there. Also, I am using MacOS 11.0.1

Thanks, Elvis

@Anonymous   You have used the lagoon to go to full screen mode.  Try this:

@david.lau I had followed the instructions of utilizing the Lagoon on the video, but my toolbar & Palette are still unavailable. I had even tried to open the palette again in the lagoon brush area after following the instructions, but they are just no appearing for me. I have also left full screen from the lagoon, and on my mac.
