Autodesk Sketchbook (IOS) crashes on start

I have the latest version of the app, I’m on IPad OS 13.2.3, on the latest gen IPad Pro. It has worked fine until recently it crashes on start, briefly showing the Autodesk Sketchbook logo before forcibly closing. I have tried offloading the app several times, rebooting, and updating my Ipad to no avail. I do not want to delete the app in fear of losing my work. I can’t access the gallery to backup my recent work. Is there anyway to stop the crashing or at the very least access the files to back them up? Thank you

Can you go to:  Settings > Scroll down to SketchBook > Restore Preferences.

Also, what version of SketchBook are you using?  It will also be listed under the "SketchBook".

Can you send me the exact model number or your iPad and the exact iOS version you are on?
