Blur tool dissapeared from toolbar

One way or another the blur brush vanished from my brush-toolbar. How can I get it back? Also in the reinstalled Sketchbook the brush is stil missing. Does anybody know what went wrong and how I get it back?

To quickly get back to default, go to "Preferences > Factory Defaults (Reset all 3 sections)
