Animation for windows 10?

Hi! I've been using sketchbook for a while, and recently I saw that there was an animation feature. However, it's only for the desktop version (which I don't have) I was wondering when/if the flipbook function will be available for windows10? I've been looking at a lot of different animation software recently, and I would really like to try out animating directly in sketchbook.

Hello this no longer works.  I cannot find a way to download the desktop version for windows10.  Can anyone help?

Click on Free Download and you should be good to go...
