Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Sketchbook is not supported here.  It has its own community/support.  Please post over there.   But I will have the moderator relocate your posting there to best suit your needs.

Well your posting is in the installation and licensing forum.  Perhaps someone had moved it here before I saw it.

Hello @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting. I moved your post over to the proper forum to see if a Sketchbook expert can assist with this issue as well. If you have created a Sketchbook account & continuously receive the sign-in dialog window please follow the steps below:

  1. Close all Autodesk programs. Make sure Autodesk Desktop App is closed from the task bar in Windows.
  2. Navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services.
  3. Make sure that the file LoginState.xml is not set in Read only mode (Right-click > Properties).
  4. Open the Autodesk Autodesk Desktop App and Sign in.
  5. Open the Autodesk Software.

If the issue persists, follow the steps below:

  1. How to change or reset licensing for Autodesk software
  2. Reset your Autodesk account password.
  3. Launch the Autodesk product. If asked, Sign In with your Autodesk credentials.
  4. Install the lest update of AutoCAD.

Please note that network securities can affect the the performance of software temporarily disable or make exceptions to security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system if this issue persists.

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

If you delete the app, you will indeed delete all your sketches.  If there are no sketches in the Gallery, you don't have any sketches in SketchBook.  I am sorry to tell you that.  I would start saving your sketches to the iCloud.
