Hi Everyone,
Can someone help me in getting the attached model to run? I find it not converging.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Ransi

Hi @RansiDevendra6239

A see a couple of possible problems:

  1. The beam elements on part 4 are set to small displacement (under the Element Definition). That could be causing some convergence problems as the part experiences larger and larger displacements.
  2. The boot is 5.5 inches long. One end if fixed, and you are rotating the other end out of plane by 25 revolutions ... in 1 second ... (1500 RPM)! Smiley Surprised Did you want to rotate the end 25 degrees? If so, you can enter the magnitude as 25/360. Or maybe it was supposed to be 0.25 revolutions (90 degrees). It converges better with a 25 degrees rotation (although I stopped it after 14% completion).
