Loss in audio integrity while editing

Does any one else lose audio intergity while editing the thier video?

Can you tell me more about the audio issues you're encountering while editing? Also, which version of the recorder are you using?

The audio sounds very much like issues I've had while editing audio in programs like avid protools. In those programs the system resources could be adjusted to compensate for whats going on. I'm not certain if thats what happening here, but that's a very similar sound. Its a stuttering with hard pops and clicks and jumps in the audio.
