Wind Load Generation 2D Frame using ASCE-7

Hi, I need help please I am new in Robot Structural Analysis. 

I am conducting a study: We are trying to determine if Robot Analysis can be used as a Wind Load computation tool for designing a structure. I am comparing manual compuation using ASCE code and the values are not close enough. I would like to know what are the reasons why?

Also, when i generate in 3D irregular spacing is not available. Is it indicated in the ASCE code that it assumes equal frame spacing?

Could you attach the model and hand calculation in order to investigate the reason .

This is not related to ASCE code its related to software limitations .
