Why is the result of the average displacement less than the maximum displacement

I am trying to find a torsional irregularity. In ETABS I can have the average displacement and maximum displacement. With these two max/average values I can find the ratio

How is it possible that the average is less than the maximum?

Thanks Simau, you're right, everything is fine from the graphic results; but in the tables the information does not match and this is an error.
I trust the tables, and I take the results of the tables. I have made a video where you can see that the tables do not have the same values as in the graphic window.

In the first message your question was :

So we have the max displacement bigger than the average.

For your last remark, I agree there is a mismach for the average between the table and the graphic, but i can't explain it
