View load distribution regions on panels

Hi,

I have some panels defined as in the following picture. They are the ones displayed in orange in the model. I can see the distribution regions only on the cladding tho, is it possible to see the regions also on panels defined as below?

Hi @Anonymous 

Load distribution can be presented on panels when calculation model with tributary area load distribution will be defined for that panel

Geometry >Properties >Panel calculation model.

I see, thank you very much. But would that just change how the loads are transfered geometrically without affecteing the calculations that much? Because I really need the mesh to be calculated with the finite element method, does using the trapezoids radically diverge from the "FEM" calculations?

Hi @Anonymous 

When trapezoidal load distribution is used shell elements are not loaded. Loads from shells distributed through trapezoidal areas are transferred to edge objects  supporting each shell (usually as linear loads)
