We are doing more structural engineering projects in China which requires us to handover structural analysis models to Local Design Institutes (LDIs) to verify, develop, and complete our designs. We use Robot as one of our standard structural analysis software.
For compatibility issues, we wish to understand how commonly Robot used in China by the LDIs. We hear that SAP is a favourite, but it would be good to know of any well known LDIs that use Robot as standard. Otherwise, we would have to find a conversion process from Robot to SAP that is reliable.
