wind simulation validity

i am a new user and was having two questions regarding wind simulation.

1) can i prove the results which i get from this software manually by British code (bs 6399-2, standard method for wind analysis)?

2) if yes then approximately how much difference between hand calculation and software results is acceptable?

Comparing the Wind Simulation to the Wind Loading to a Code Standard might be a tricky thing to do as Robot's wind simulation is a CFD type of simulation and might produce different results for difference models to those compare with the code calculated wind loads. 

If you haven't seen these post yet, might give you a better perspective on where the Wind Simulation seats in comparison to code wind loads.
