Totally different of wind simulation

Dear All

When i'm simulating of wind load. have been 2 method at bellow:

1. the first, simulation wind load, and then calculating the model

2. I was simulated wind load when the model has been calculated (none wind load). And then calculating again.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I has been see the momen of 2 method is totally different.

Some one can check my model, and answer me

And, i have another question 

 With the determine wind load by method wind simulation on RSA, this issue was included Static Wind load and Dynamic wind action or not ????

I thing it only has Static wind load, Because The dynamic wind action calculated by parameters : the frequency, load to mass and displacement...

You know, the dynamic wind action is very important with building tower.

Can you help me....
