the map results doesn't show

I exported the model from Revit to robot. but for some reason, the maps results are not showing. I tried everything but yet nothing works. the rest of the results are fine because of course I applied loads in revit

It seems the story is hidden. Try to activate it by pressing on ( Filter stories option ). If doesn’t work, Share the model.

To define the slab thickness.

If you want to align the top of the beams with the slab then draw the beams at the same level of the slab then the offset option can be used.

To view the action of the offset option.

Then the analysis results.

I've followed the steps but its still not showing
