The difference between planar spring support and elastic foundation coefficient

Hi Autodesk Support Team. 

Could you let me know the different between planar spring support for plate and elastic foundation coefficient  ? If I assign only foundation coefficient for slab, I can get soil pressure but when I active displacement too big as picture below :

Displacement-u,w in Detailed tabs:

So which one is correct ?? Do my analysis is correct when I have no support warning after run analysis.
