str import error

I save an available model to file of str format, which cannot be opened.

errors and warnings are shown below, it seems that the parameters of profile are not recognized well.

Both rtd and str file are attached.

How should I correct .str file.

I used a Chinese version of Robot to establish the model, does it matters when using .str file saving?

Hi @Anonymous

Is it the same when you replace '.' (dots) with ',' (commas) in the str file?

Hi @Anonymous

Could you send me screen captures from

Preferences > languages

Job Preferences > materials

Job Preferences > Databases > Steel and timber sections

from your Robot?

I've switch the working and printout language to English. I do tried to open str.file  and failed again. It seems that material C35 is fine. Maybe just the problem of profile section in database.

Hi @Anonymous

Try to add ACIER to the list of Eurocode materials or change materials to French. If this doesn't help attach your str file.
