Soil Database Robot Structural

 When I use a tool that needs the soil database , for example a terrain calculator or definition of soils in foundations. The properties of the soils are displayed in 0, I already loaded the catalogs that Robot provides, I changed the units and it always displays zero in the mechanical properties. On the other hand, I would also like to add some type of soil to the database with properties found according to a soil study, but I do not see how these databases can be edited, contrary to what happens with section or reinforcement databases. . It seems to be issue with units.

Delete he following configuration folders.

C:\Users\your_login\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 202x

and

C:\Users\your_login\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\202x

Soil database can be edited (udated) directly from soil editor.

Check if any nyumber will appear in K and KZ fields if you will simulate elastic support with soil layers.

I had a little mistake because I deleted the folder C:\Users\your_login\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\RSAPRO202x instead C:\Users\your_login\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 202x. I deleted the latter and it worked. The program was reset and worked.
