Simulate retrofitted column

hi all,
Is there any way to simulate retrofitted column with steel bars?
I tried to use composite column section but i got the same results. (with and without reinforcement)

What results do you mean exactly?

I have a concrete column retrofitted,
I'am trying to get the allowable loads.

I draw the column old, the additional casing and the vertical reinforcement in it using the composite section module,
then compare it with the same section but without reinforcement.
I got the same deflection results in both sections.

Could you attach the model with these two columns side by side as well as the *.sec file with the shape of the composite one?

The sec file for the rebar section is incorrect. I'm attaching the modified one which I used in my test example.
