why the sections still thin (with no extrude ) when i activate section shape?? as in picture

Check the units of a model. My assumption is that you e.g. set them as meters whereas you entered the values for mm instead.

The most likely scenario is that you edited the database changing its native units which resulted in rescaling the sections. Please try to search for the file name and replace the files on your computer with the attached one. Then create a new project with the same section.
