RSA Multi Monitor Support

Hello,

So im set up with 2 monitors, im wondering if anyone found a way to get RSA to function on both screens. Currently, when I try to move the pop-up windows from RSA to the other monitor, my cursor will not transfer to the next screen.

Any comments are appreciated!

Regards,

Stephen L

Hello,

I appreciate your post. You are right that those pop-up user windows transfer, I mean the main windows as shown in my attached picture. These I can't seem to transfer to my second screen.

Regards,

Stephen L

You can try resizing the Robot window to occupy both monitors . Then in RSA menu "Window" , choose Tile vertically

Making Robot take up both screens and tiling vertically works, in a way, but this is still a poor workaround to get the behavior found in probably 99% of the other modern software out there that I've used in the last 20 years, in particular other Autodesk software like Revit. I'm trying RSA 2024 right now since it claims to do some analyses my normal analysis software won't, but I'm noticing it has a somewhat outdated, archaic feel to the interface. Is RSA being actively developed or merely maintained? I don't want to waste my time learning a new software if Autodesk is just planning to leave the fruit on the vine to rot, so to speak.

"99% of the other modern software out there" there you go,

Unfortunately that feature we don't have.
