hi @Djokaboris

Probably due to the initial geometry you imported into Robot, the gaps between elements have not been filled since, and cannot be filled without your intervention.

Even if you've set your tolerances to 10mm instead of 1mm, that doesn't mean you don't have to connect your bars and panels together.

You should try to take all the gaps one by one and try to resolve them even when the gaps are less than 10mm.

hi @Djokaboris

It's not easy to work in this order, because once you've redone the wrong joints, you'll have to confirm again that everything has been done. I advise you to first take your geometry to make your current Revit model a Robot calculation model.

Best Regards

Hi @Djokaboris

When you run your model, stop it at the first warning then delete overlapping members #389 and #420.

In addition to what @Stephane.kapetanovic said, there is something strange in you model as these walls in the picture beow are not shown in the object inspector.

Hi Sir @Simau

Surely because the one's not selected are retaining walls and the others are load bearing walls. Don't know why it isn't assigned in the object inspector of RSA.
