Hi,
I'm trying to define user defined values of:
- 240N/mm2 for the design yield strength
- 430N/mm2 for the limit tensile stress.
I have defined the above parameters in the job preferences. However in the Steel Design module, it uses values of 220N/mm2 and 410N/mm2 respectively. See examples below.
Anyone know how I can fix this please? I though at least for the yield strength, I could defined the yield value as "design" as opposed to "characteristic", however this made no difference.
