I am using the professional version of Robot Structural Analysis 2022, and have a professional license, however when saving models I receive an error message that prevents me from saving - see attached.
I've tried signing in and out of my account, as well as speaking to my IT team to have the license reassigned, however this has not fixed the issue.
Has anyone had this issue before and know how it can be fixed?
