roller suport in one direction

Greetings all and happy new year 

is there a way to define a roller support that for example only resist translation in  -ve Z  but not in +ve Z  

without getting in nonlinear analysis

No way but this analysis will not include the pdelta effect (unless you mark it) , only the fact that with unidirectional supports the structure behaviour is not ... linear.
For example a load case like wind that causes this unidirectional support to function. For the wind on the opposite direction , this same suuport will not work and acting forces will have to be resisted by other available supports

What you have mentioned above is Geometrical none linearity . So For sure there will be nonlinear analysis and iterations .
