RC slab design in Robot-issue

Hi all, 

I am designing a group of Rc slabs using Robot 21, but I have encountered two issues. The first one is that after grinning the required reinforcement when I select my slab and click on the provided reinforcement icon the program opens the foundation design window almost every time, and I am not able to go to the provided reinforcement window. Secondly, I noticed that the required reinforcement contour does not always match the required reinforcement information I see when using the provided reinforcement window. Any ideas of why is this happening?
