Missing Result at the Global Coordinate System

Hi, i just create a beam and apply the support at the nodes and apply a load on it, when i want to know the result such as moment and shear force, the result all turnout to be N/A at the global coordinates system.

Could i know any steps i did wrong or missing please help thanks.

Ok sure, this file was created in 2d frame analysis.

Just study to use autodesk robot for frame analysis, maybe i might missed out something. Please help thanks.
