1. clear windows %temp% folder
2. clear robot cfgusr folder
3. open file in repair mode

Thanks Rafal.

This get rids of the warning, but I lost all my settings for RC elements and even calculations done for certain RC elements where I have placed rebar manually and spent a lot of time on them. The elements are critical for the project and now seem to be lost.

What is the deal with it? is Robot not capable of keeping files intact? why does it not clean those temp cfgusr folders manually ir this damages the files later?

How do I recover those files without loosing the information?

REpair mode does this ; the same with steel connections etc.

BTW: if you send me the file with incorrect schema we can try to investigate it.

I do not see any problem.
Update your robot with SP5 then check.

Rafal,

Thanks, it now works. For some reason Robot does not detect these updates automatically (comminication center button showed no updates available).

I have to reinstall Robot everytime Revit 2015 is updated  by our IT as I still have the problem when installer pops up and Robot crashes. (I rasied it as a problem previously and you provided some possible solotions, but only reinstalling works so far..)

Starting from v.2015 communication center does not report any updates.

IT is being done by Autodesk Application Manager
