We will try to investigate what is causes the display of this message but we need the files it happens for as well as the exact step by step descriptions of actions to follow. What are the regional settings of Windows?

I confirm this. I mean what Romanich said in message #4. When You try to save any file in for example: C:/ My Documents/My Projects/....../ it happens. When You open the same file and try to save on Desktop no problem at all.
Any chance for the following test on your computers:
1. Change regional settings to e.g. English
2. Create a new user with no Cyrillic letters in its name
3. Use Robot and check if you still have the same situation
My user name already in English, but when I change settings for Canada - problem disappeared. Then returned it to default - also disappeared. Very interesting.

I do 2 and 3 without 1. It works. All folders through path to the exact file must have no Cyrillic letters.
Thanks.
