"Capacity for bending in ULS is not sufficient" when designing RC Beam

"Capacity for bending in ULS is not sufficient for span No.# Safety factor: 0.00" message appears while RC beam provided reinforcement design in Robot Structural Analysis.

I've tried some possible solutions from this article:

 Too-small-RC-beam-capacity-in-provided-reinforcement-module 

but it didn't work.

here is the issue:

zero capacity at support

I attached the model, its made with RSA 2025.
