Punching reinforcements

Hello everybody

I am calculating the reinforcement of one slab but I have a problem. The calculation of punching tell me that the reinforcements are not enough. When I saw the real reinforcements that Robot had put, I realized that the punching reinforcement was not put. 

Why ROBOT never put the punching reinforcement?

How can I put the punching reinforcement? I set this reinforcement as you can see in the following image:

The punching forces Q are larger than allowed by the code Qadm for this concrete grade and slab thickness. Try to increase either or both of them.

ok. Now supposedly there are punching reinforcements:

But I can not see this reinforcements in the following screen

How can I see this reinforcement?

Punching reinforcement is neither generated on the reinforcement distribution view nor on reinforcement drawings.
