Program crashes

Hi!

I'm working with the 2016 version and every time that i try to create a provided reinforcement of RC element the program crash after choosing the combinations.

I working in a office with several work stations and this phenomenon happens in all of them, using several different files.

We have already sent an email to Autodesk but we don't have a reply yet.

Does anyone knows how to solve it?

Thanks

Vitor

Hi!

It doesn't really matter, it crashes with every selected element when we use the provided reinforcement command.

You can file the file attached.

Thanks for the help

Helo Rafal!

Inside Robot's folder I don't have a cfgusr folder...

I do have a folder caled cfg inside the Robot's System folder.

Is this cfg folder that I should clear?

Hello again Rafal,

unfortunately the problem remains after doing all the indications that you suggested...

I'll try to reinstal the Robot and see what happens!

Thanks once again for your help
