Pairs of stirrups in RC beam design module

I would like to know how to incorporate pair type stirrups in RSA which means two nos of stirrups having the same width bundled together(altogether 4 legs at a considered plane)

Hi@eruchirapsl

  1. It can be automatically as appear in the first capture .
  2. It can be manually as appear in the second capture . But must be ( Nmin = Nmax )to use this option .

Thanks for the reply, but I am asking a different stirrup pattern. Since my beam is narrow, I can only have 2 longitudinal bars means I can only have outer stirrups. So in order to increase the shear capacity, two outer stirrups are bundled(totally 4 legs) to form a pair together. I would like to know how this can be shown in reinforcement detail

Hi@eruchirapsl

As I explained in my previous post you may use the manual way to define any shape of stirrups . So you can define a twice the stirrup then RSA will be consider it in the shear capacity calculation .

As you see in the reinforcement table the number of stirrups = 26 .
