No mesh in areas of panel

Hello!

I am designing a concrete slab and when I run the model, small areas of mesh seem to disappear, but the model still analyses and produces ok results (with blank areas where there is no mesh):

I have remeshed the panel which works fine, but when I re-run the analysis these empty areas reappear! I have tried this a few times, as well as freezing the mesh but nothing seems to make any difference. Why could this be happening?

Do you have the same display in 3D and when you switch the story filter off (if applied)?

You have looked at this model previously for me, and I appreciate that there are still a couple of warnings to address but don't think these should affect the mesh!

The instability of type 2 should not be ignored. For the display of maps see the attached picture.
