Could you add more explanations for (how to get rid of points emerging from the pillars? ) and capture if possible .

As you have already been told in another thread , to have a similar result as in the model with bearing walls ,you will need to have beams as vertically stiff as those walls . If the beams are not that stiff , they will deflect and the "next" stiffer points will be the columns which will be the reason for those peak values near their top node.
It´s not a model problem.

IMHO that the stresses at the column location due to the support is point support while as the stresses at the wall location due to the support is linear support.
Anyway, you can use release or remove the slabs and use uniform distributions loads on beams.
