Minimum reinforcement in plate

Good afternoon,

I have a query for RSA returning minimum amount of reinforcement for concrete design. Initially when I set the reinforcement parameters for the 800 deep plate, with no bar size, the minimum reinforcement returns the correct value for BS8110 ( old legacy job ) of 0.13% of cross section of 1040mm^2/m before I set bar size.

However when I set the preferred bar sizes in reinforcement parameters, the minimum reinforcement values presented is 872 mm^2/m, which is less than 0.13%.

Can you assist?

Min reinforcement is calculated basing on these assumptions:
for steel fy=250 -> 0,24%
for steel fy=460 -> 0,13%
for other values of fy the percentage value is linearly interpolated or extrapolated using these base values
