Meshing problems - Kinematic constrains and Iterative Meshing

Hi,

I am having problems with the meshing for the attached hopper which has a number of steel plate panels. The mesh generated with kinematic constrains looks ok but when calculations run I get a cyclic response. From previous answered topics I have turned kinematic constrains off and used the Iterative adjustment method.

I get a number of errors with this method and resulting mesh is poor. The results also do not look correct.

Would you be able to have a look at the model and advise how to correct it.

Thank you.

Enda

Model is not accurate enough - make big zoom in incoherent mesh locations.

Corrected model attached

- some panels geometry corrected (using this: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/robot-structural-analysis/panel-contour-points-modification-api/m-p/38...

- meshing options set

Check model \ results. It seems due to geometry inaccuracies panels 398 399 413  may not be supported by ribs.
