Long-period transition period maps

Dear Friends 

Please help me find adopted global maps showing the Long-period transition period and the  Mapped Risk-Targeted Maximum Considered Earthquake (MCER) Spectral Response Acceleration Parameter at Short Period and 1 sec. period.

Long-period transition period :

There is no global maps for this period  

For Ss & S1 take a look on this site

This site is great, but it is special of US only, when I tried to enter the latitudes and longitudes of some countries, I was told that I am out of  region.  

What I want is seismic maps for other countries, for example Asian ones.
