Load definition

Hi!

I have two questions.

1.

On floor slab I want to add forklift load. I would make load combination about using Eurocode. How I add forklift load for loadcase combination? In one case I want forklift load in middle of the slab field and other case load on slab support? I don't want that forklit load in middle of slab field and on slab subbort are working together on same time. I want to get worse loadcase scenario.

I have to make more same load types  for this cases, for example Live load No. 1, Live load No. 2, ..? Or just add forklift load on different locasions  using one load type Live add and than Robot in load combination make alone worse load scenario?

2.

I have dead load 90 kN working on contact surface 150mm x 300mm on floor slab. Is in Robot any possibility to add point load on defined surface? Or I have to calculate from kN to kN/m2 manually and than add it like furface? I need this to control load on slab for puntching and stress.

Thank you for helping.

Create a load case for each location of the forklit, then manually create combinations you need, or via automatic combination, in this option choose " or(exl)"

Is in Robot any possibility to add point load on defined surface?

Yes, just create this node before meshing your surface.

Or I have to calculate from kN to kN/m2 manually and than add it like furface?

You can also use this method

I get warning - too much load combinations.

How I make load case group exclusion like picture from previously post?

Are these commands: Load - Automatic Combinations - Full - more - Groups?

I choose loads and jsu click ''generate''? Or I have to click ''>>'' and ''create a group''?1.PNG

Yes, just create this node before meshing your surface.

Can you give me command hint for surface load on node?

Thank you.

Attached, some sgreenshots on how to create combs automatically with  3 LL  that don't act simultaneously.

To create nodal load or surfacique load use this

Thank you.

One more question.

Where is difference Projected load and not projected?

I have RC frame bulding with claddings for outdoor wall (facade). Have to be load on claddings with ''projected'' command? I want to add dead and wind load for facade wall on RC frame construction.

If I have ''projected'' command ON than are Robot model very slow for operate.

If your façads are only vertical, set your loads according to global axises, don't use projected option.
