Licensing Issues for Multiple Version of Robot Installed

Hi all, 

 

I have been facing this "problem" for a while now, and was wondering if is the same for all. 

 

Every time when jumping between Robot versions say from using Robot 2021 to then using Robot 2020/2019, I get the following pop up window;

MOST of the time, this is not a big deal, I click "OK" and put my windows log in details (see image below) to launch the registry and THEN I can proceed and use the Robot version I just open to.

However, from time to time I get the following ERROR message as shown below.

When I proceed and click "OK" on the pop up shown above, the program appears to let me "IN" to the Robot version that I just open. But once inside the model, at some point in time, I get the following pop up window showing "SERVER BUSY" (image below) that essentially stops me from doing any work in Robot. The pop up shown below, "locks" the screen and keeps reappearing regardless of how many times I click "Switch To..." or "Retry".

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Or are my licenses not set up properly? 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
