Inaccurate Rebar Shape Codes per BS8666

Hi,

I am designing a pad foundation and need to hooks both ends of a 00 shape code rebar but after adding hooks the shape code cannot be changed. It seems RSA assumes it still a shape code 00 rebar with hooks but it should be shape code 21 rebar. I highlighted a rebar from the model and attached below. Even we cannot modify main 00 rebars, at least we should be able to add additional 21 rebars for perimeters. 

I do not have any issues with 3d detailing in RSA but this behaviour seems a bit misleading for rebar schedules. 

I am detailing a similar pad foundation in Revit and only in Revit I can add 00 and 21 rebars to the pad foundation all together. 

Could you provide some input on this? Is this expected RSA behaviour and can we convey this to development team as feedback?
