The raft that needs to be modelled has dimensions 12 x 16 m. Considering the longest dimension, from x = 0 m to x = 0.5 m, the raft needs to have a thickness of 300 mm, then from x = 0.5 m to x = 15.5 m, the thickness needs to be decreased to 250 mm, and finally from x = 15.5 m to x = 16.0 m, the raft returns to its thickness of 300 mm.
I have tried to model the raft using the options "variable thickness along plane" and "variable thickness along line", but I am not getting the desirable output. Moreover, using the variable thickness options is making the raft sloping from 250 mm to 300 mm instead of being linear.
I am attaching some snaps of my work! Grateful if someone could help me! Or atleast advise me if there is another option where the two different raft thicknesses could be input and combined!
In the third picture attached, I have drawn a section across the raft to depict the scenario.

Just create 3 different panels with the corresponding thicknesses.
If you really need to make them in different levels , You can connect them using rigid links
