i have a problem in RSA

hello everyone, i have this problem in RSA 2025, i have the educational version, once i install it and start, i click new file the program stops responding. i tried too many ways but the problem never goes. i tried reinstalling it but nothing helped.

if someone can help me with that i would be so happy.

It work fine for me,
try other solution rather than re install it

Check if the following forder was created and if it is not empy should have size about 138 Mb).

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2025

It should consist of the following subfolders (Data, Plo, Rgl). If it was not created use shared zipped file to create it.

Thank you soo much, i found out that this folder is not created after installation, so i copied it for the Zipped file and i RSA worked smoothly.
